I translate between both worlds, structure complex topics and make impacts on processes, systems and organisation transparent.
In workshops I work deliberately pragmatically – focusing on clear decisions rather than extensive theoretical slides.

I place strong emphasis on a clean setup at the start of an initiative, clear roles and an aligned roadmap.

The goal is a stable transition into operations and a swift return to business-as-usual.

I live with my family in the Zurich region.
